03Contact and support
Write to elio.brea@polyware.net for anything: support, billing, a refund request, a privacy request, or a legal notification. It is the only official channel, and it is monitored on business days.
We answer in English and in French.
04Intellectual property
The Overclip name, logo, interface, texts and visuals are the property of HELIOS and are protected. Reproducing or reusing them without prior written permission is not allowed.
This does not cover what customers produce with the service: the videos, images and text generated by an agent belong to the customer, as stated in the terms of service.
05Reporting and disputes
To report unlawful content published through the service, or to notify a rights infringement, write to elio.brea@polyware.net with enough detail to identify the content in question. We act on well-founded reports.
Disputes relating to the use of the service are governed by the terms of service, under French law. Consumers may use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform.
